I am a mother of two grown up children and grandmother to two grandchildren.  My passion is living as natural a life as possible in order to enjoy full health for my entire life and with that I hope to inspire and help others to do the same. I understand how difficult it is to change the habits of a lifetime, so I believe that changes occur at the clients own pace with gentle guidance and encouragement.

 

My studies began in 2005, when I enrolled at the Adelaide Training College of Complementary Medicine for a four year course, which included: Advanced Diploma of Western Herbal Medicine, Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy and Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine. My first herbal class in 2005 began my passion for herbs and the potential benefit that may be gained by all.

 

I then continued my studies at Southern Cross University, Sydney, for a further three years where I gained a Bachelor of Natural Therapies. Since that time I have attended numerous training courses in order to increase my knowledge.

 

I endeavour to provide as much information as possible so that clients can take control of their own health using the knowledge I provide.
